首先罗列一下我所用到的工具：

  1. 电脑、网络、操作系统…本文所述管理系统是建立在计算机上的电子系统，所以电脑是少不了的，当然您也可以基于网络上的服务建立随时可以联机使用的网络管理系统，后面所讲到的工具和方法都是基于windows操作系统，如果你使用Mac或者linux等其他系统，也可以采用类似的软件和方法，本文不再熬述；
  2. Dropbox、Google Reader、Gmail、Google Docs、Google Note等网络工具；
  3. Everything，十分推荐这个快速搜索的小软件，搜索真的很快，特别适合于快速寻找所需要的文献或其他参考资料；
  4. Onenote，微软推出的强大的电子笔记本软件；
  5. 百度硬盘搜索，通过提前对硬盘内容进行索引，能够实现快速全文搜索。

PS：哇 刚lp提醒才发现原来有一年没有更新啦！ 罪过罪过..可不能再这样了，怎么着也得一个月写一写吧
